Your Check List

Look for the following upon completion of repairs:

• Color Match - Make sure repainted areas match existing paint.
• Paint Finish - The surface of your freshly painted vehicle should be smooth and flawless.
• A Perfect Fit - Body panels should be uniform, with even seams around doors, hood, and trunk.
• Alignment - Your vehicle should track the road as well or better than it did before the repair. Ask to see a computerized print out of your car’s frame alignment. Most other shops don't provide this.
• Attention to Details - An expert cleaning and detail job should restore a like-new appearance to your vehicle.
• A Warranty - Your warranty should guarantee the repair and clearly state your rights and obligations.
