"We are writing to you to Thank You for the excellent service we received at your facility. My husband had an accident with our Dodge Durango, and we were completely overwhelmed with the whole thing. Your staff made everything so simple for us. Everything from getting a Tow to your facility, to talking with and handling everything with our insurance company, to arranging the loaner car for us. I would like to say that your loaner car program is by far the best I have ever come across. It was a huge help not to worry about how we were going to shuffle our two children who are busy with school activities, my husbands school and work schedule, as well as my own work schedule. They even offered to bring the loaner car to us at our home! You could say our house runs in all directions, and if we did not have two vehicles, things just would not happen at our house. I would also like to say that your facility is very timely. We brought our Durango in on Monday afternoon. On Tuesday I came in to sign off on the work to be performed, and by Friday afternoon we had our truck back. That is amazing, and it looks great! We will be recommending your facility to our family and friends for any work that they may need. Thank you again for the excellent service.
