Items covered by this warranty:

The vehicle repairs performed by warrantor will be covered in this warranty. Our repairs are warranted for as long as you, the owner originally at the date of these repairs, own your vehicle, with the exception of rust.

Limitations on this Warranty

This warranty shall not: (A) Cover repairs or parts made necessary by accident, abuse, owner's or user's neglect or failure to obtain prompt reasonable and necessary maintenance: (B) Cover normal maintenance service; (C) Cover damage caused by
rust; (D) Require the warrantor to provide a loaner vehicle during repairs; (E) Require the warrantor to perform or to pay for towing, service calls; (F) Obligate warrantor to pay or to reimburse the owner for loss of use of vehicle, loss of time or revenues,
expenses such as gasoline, telephone, lodging, loss or damage to personal property,inconvenience or any other consequential or incidental damages. All parts subject to manufacturer warranty.
